This is the personal website of Ahtasham Hayat Ranjha, based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you visit.
What this site collects
This site has no database and no sign-up. Nothing you type into the contact form is stored here — the buttons simply open WhatsApp or your own email app with the message pre-filled, and you decide whether to send it.
- Information you choose to send — your name, contact details and message, only if you send them through WhatsApp or email.
- Analytics — anonymous statistics such as pages viewed, approximate country, device type and referring site, collected through Google Analytics.
- Server logs — the hosting provider keeps standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
How the information is used
To reply to your enquiry, to keep the site secure, and to understand which content is useful so it can be improved. Your information is never sold, rented or traded.
Cookies and third parties
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. Google Fonts is used to load typefaces. Buttons on this site may take you to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Google Play — once you leave, those companies' own privacy policies apply.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works fine without them.
Local storage
Your chosen colour theme and language are saved in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers them next time. This never leaves your device and is not readable by anyone else.
How long anything is kept
Messages you send are kept in WhatsApp or the email inbox for as long as needed to help you, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to Google's default settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete any message or contact detail you have sent. Email ahtashamranjha1@gmail.com and it will be acted on.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and their information is not knowingly collected.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
